EASY FIX FOR NEW SAMSUNG TV SWITCHING ON AND OFF POWER CYCLING

Symptoms
Randomly switching on and off.

Troubleshooting
Check capacitors on power supply board.

Solution
If above in normal operation, disconnect the small board behind the buttons panel.

Precautions
Unplug from mains, bigger capacitors can hold a charge even when mains unplugged.

Tools required
Philips screwdriver, container to keep screws etc, well lit and comfortable antistatic workspace.
